We specialize in Vietnamese cuisine with no MSG. Our menu items include Pho, Shaken beef, BBQ Lemongrass beef, BBQ chicken, spring rolls, Vietnamese ice coffee and more.

History

Established in 2017.
We go to my parents' in law's house to dinner every week on my mother-in-law's day off. We love her food so much, we want to open a restaurant, so she can cook, and we can eat more than once a week. With the experience of 25 years in restaurants, and the love for cooking, she has done wonder to the food.
In addition, I am always amazed of how she achieves such a great flavor without adding any MSG.

Last Friday, Brandon was craving for the Fried Rice at the Bistro, so we went. The place is quite full, we ordered the same thing for each of us, although Mom got the Pho Tai instead of the Pork plate. I had the same Lemon Grass beef and some extra rice since I was hungry.

My wife and I are so happy that this little gem of a restaurant came to town. The new owner cleaned up the place and did an excellent job with redecorating the entire dining room and restroom...but that's just the ambience of the place. The staff and owners are so kind, friendly and obviously there to give you the best service possible.

Bbq lemongrass beef is just too good! I'm looking forward to trying the shaken beef next and maybe giving the Vietnamese iced coffee another try. Spring rolls is a 'must get' item due to the special sauce I've never had at any other place. Service is consistently good!
